Abstract: In recent years, characteristic towns construction are spreading all over the country. Under the background of New-Normal, the construction of characteristic towns has become a strategic choice for all provinces in the country to coordinate and promote regional innovation and development. It is also an important measure to accelerate the supply-side structural reforms and build new cities. Due to the large differences of the regional economic development in China, the characteristic towns achievements of other provinces cannot be copied completely. High-level characteristic towns should be constructed according to different local conditions. Taking the construction of characteristic towns in Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current construction status, models, and problems of the characteristic towns in China. Finally combining the achievement of the well-known characteristic towns construction at home and abroad, the author proposes several construction countermeasures.

Abstract: In operation of increasing the technology day by day as increasing the complexity of telecommunication network system. As the subscriber become more interested to get the advance and easy and fastest technology of the cellular network. There is a evolution take place in order to get the advance technology in the wireless communication (1G to 5G). In addition, the main purpose of the wireless communication is to reduce the human effort. Abstract: The objective of this research was to ascertain the communal farmers’ perceptions and experiences regarding the current communal market system. The study was carried out in the area of Mhondoro-Mubaira, situated in Mashonaland West province of Zimbabwe. The population samples for the study comprised of communal farmers (N=150) and extension officers (N=25. According to the study, private buyers are the most preferred buyers for all the produce, for field, garden crops and livestock. The reason for favorable rating of the private buyers is they offer competitive prices, they pay the farmers on delivery of produce and sometimes they cover transport costs. Even though the private buyers are the most preferred buyers, farmers still prefer selling produce between themselves and the open market because they have control of the prices especially for livestock. The Grain Marketing Board and the Cold Storage Commission, which are government run, are the least favorable markets for the farmers. This is because these institutions offer the lowest prices, they do not pay on delivery and offer any assistance to the farmers regarding transport/transport costs. The results show that the farmers are not satisfied with the of the current market system which they deem restrictive, minimally supported by the government, low participation by the private sector, and the current economic situation in Zimbabwe overburdens the situation. The government of Zimbabwe needs to create a conducive environment for private players to participate with government interferences through overburdening policies.

Abstract: One of the bitter legacies of colonialism in Africa is the creation of small unit states which reduced the singular and collective competitiveness of the states and the continent respectively in global economic and political affairs. It has therefore been the resolve of African leaders to pursue some forms regional integration in order to overcome the challenges. Consequently, from the pre-independence pan-Africanist philosophy, to the Organization of African Unity, OAU and today the African Union, this fundamental goal of building integration mechanisms has remained prevalent at the regional and sub-regional levels, leading to the desire to establish integration schemes for customs’ union, economic community, common currency, central bank and one parliament, and most currently that of the Free Trade Area in the Continent. This article sought to unpack some of the challenges of regional integration in general and those facing the AU’s continent-wide Free Trade Area and found that, though efforts towards regional integration in Africa have recorded some achievements including positive economic growth, they still fall short of achieving most of its laudable objectives especially in the face of such challenges ranging from over-ambitious targets, to the heterogeneity of the economies of members, among others. For effective regional integration in Africa, AU should basically resolve the identified knotty challenges that have frustrated a possible beneficial intra-regional trade which could subsequently lead to regional integration in Africa without which the drive for collective self-reliant development for Africa will always turn into a mirage, deepening the region’s dependence on the western powers.
